He graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in July of 2010 specializing in Neuromuscular/trigger point release therapy. Integrating his massage training with his passion for sports, Brian quickly turned his focus to working on the massage team for the 2011 Ride the Rockies, as well as several other cycling events. Brian's ultimate goal is to aid in the rehabilitation of clients who are suffering from acute injuries or chronic debilitations, specifically those in the sports field. His focus is on improving the quality of life of the client while increasing their own body awareness through education and facilitation of better self health care.

Karissa Whitsell offers Deep tissue, Sports, Swedish (relaxation) and Pre-Natal massages. Karissa has completed a 650 hour massage training course at Lane Community College in Oregon and is nationally certified through NCBTMB. She has also studied Aromatherapy in Siros, Greece. Karissa is a three-time Paralympic cyclist, and is a two-time gold medalist in the road race and time trials. She held a world record in the 3K pursuit on the track for 10 years. Karissa currently trains in Colorado Springs at the Olympic Training Center. As an elite athlete Karissa knows what it is like to need a massage to help with performance. She brings this knowledge to her massage table.
